We're committed to being a place where people can thrive at any life stage. In 2023, we became the first insurance company to achieve Age-Aware Accredited Employer status from 55/Redefined, in recognition of our ongoing commitment to age-inclusive policies and our belief that colleagues should be able to progress whatever their background, heritage, lifestyle or life stage.

As part of this accreditation, we pledge to keep our recruitment process inclusive and accessible for all, including those over the age of 50, and we continue to encourage both existing and potential employees to stay working for longer. Almost a quarter of our workforce is already over 50, and we support this through dedicated apprenticeship and re-skilling programmes, alongside our status as an accredited Menopause Friendly Employer.
