Advancing Race and Culture (ARC) at Mott MacDonald

ARC aims to raise awareness and provide a platform to discuss racial, ethnic, and cultural equality, diversity and inclusion, as well as providing networking opportunities for Black, Asian, and ethnic minority colleagues.

The ARC group is open to all staff, including those who are not from ethnic minority backgrounds themselves, with a new wider scope to include aspects of all cultures within Mott MacDonald and beyond.
