We support our people through the moments that matter most at home. We offer enhanced family pay above the statutory minimum, including enhanced maternity pay (full pay for the first 13 weeks, then half pay for a further 26), enhanced paternity pay (full pay for up to two weeks, plus a further two weeks at half pay), and enhanced parental bereavement pay. We provide a Neonatal Care Policy for parents whose baby needs specialist care, parental leave, emergency time off for dependants, and compassionate leave. For those with caring responsibilities, we go beyond the statutory position with a week of carer's leave on full pay. We also signpost colleagues to Tax-Free Childcare. Throughout, our approach is individual, practical and compassionate.
