Military Support & Assistance Group at Bank of America

The Military Support & Assistance Group (MSAG) supports efforts to attract, integrate, retain and develop military veterans and to help maximise veteran contributions complimenting the banks growth objectives. 

The network provides support to those who serve in the military, whether Regular or Reserve, those who have served in the past, and their families. The network aims to promote awareness of the skills and ethos of the military service, team and leadership to all associates.

In 2016 the bank was awarded the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Gold award by the UK’s Secretary of State for Defence.  The scheme encourages employers to support defence and inspire others to do the same.  The scheme encompasses bronze, silver and gold awards for employer organisations that pledge, demonstrate or advocate support to defence and the armed forces community, and align their values with the armed forces covenant.
