Disability Inclusion at Boots

This image depicts a professional workplace conversation in an office setting: People & Interaction: On the right, a Black man with short hair is seated and leaning back comfortably in an office chair. He is wearing a white button-down shirt with light blue vertical stripes and appears to be speaking with an open, pleasant expression. In the foreground on the left, the back of another person's head and shoulder is visible, wearing a dark purple patterned garment, suggesting a two-person meeting or discussion across a desk. Setting & Details: The background features modern office decor with light wooden doors, neutral-toned walls, and soft lighting. The overall atmosphere feels approachable, collaborative, and professional.
