Carers Network at Sage

Carers Network – supporting colleagues with parental and carer responsibilities at Sage.

Our EVP of Sustainability, Elisa Moscolin, isn’t just a hugely respected business leader and truly passionate about ESG. She’s also a new mum. So, when Elisa reached the psychometric testing phase of her Sage interview, she told us she’d need to breastfeed during the process. How do you think we responded? Listen to find out

Our Sage colleague’s families are very important to us. Along with some inclusive family benefits, we also have a colleague success network - Family @ Sage.

This group provides a place for you to share experiences and get information on issues related to your specific family responsibilities. Whether you are expecting a child, or taking care of an elder parent, this group supports you through all stages of your family life.

• Provide a support network for colleagues to discuss and address issues related to their family responsibilities and obligations
• Be a voice for working parents and collaborating with HR to provide up-to-date and accurate policy/program information and colleagues
• Provide opportunities for colleagues to talk with outside experts, including pediatrics, mental health experts, lactation consultants, and financial planners
• Offering opportunities for community outreach to support local families in need
