My Plus Consulting works with organisations to help them to understand and address the issues around disability. Much of the work we do is around the recruitment and development of talent, with a particular focus on graduates. Helen Cooke, Director of My Plus Consulting, is recognised as the leading expert in disability and graduate recruitment. She works with organisations to take an inclusive approach to attracting, recruiting and developing disabled graduates.
Helen is supported by an experienced group of associate consultants and trainers; all of whom have a background in the commercial world as well as an expertise in disability.
We work with all kinds of organisations across a wide variety of industry sectors, both public and private. Our major clients include large organisations such as Barclays, EY, National Grid, BP and Bank of England.
