Déclic International is led by Thais Compoint, an award-winning author, speaker, trainer, and consultant specialising in inclusion and diversity for the past 18 years. She's the author of the book "Succeed as an inclusive leader", a TED speaker, the founder of the Inclusive Leadership Global conference, and a regular Huffington Post contributor.
She has led the inclusion and diversity strategies of three Fortunes 500 companies : Vinci, Coca-Cola Enterprises and Cisco. And received 13 awards world-wide for her accomplishments, including the Diversity Leader Award in the US as one of the diversity specialists who are advancing diversity in the corporate world, as well as the Diversity European Award as the leader of the best diversity team in Europe.
