We are looking to appoint a driven and proactive Works Manager to join our Park Operations and Venues (POV) Directorate.
This is an exciting project management opportunity with the role responsible for the lifecycle and capital works programmes in POV including scheduling and communication with key stakeholders across the LLDC and wider portfolio, from scope/specification stage through to delivery. The projects cover the venues and parkland which have bespoke designs following the 2012 Olympics and this role will shape the lifecycle updates helping us to maintain the legacy of the park.
Reporting to the Head of Contract Management this role would act as a first point of contact in POV for suppliers and contractors, managing works and contractor activities across the estate as well as providing a full range of co-ordination support to the Estate and Park Management team. The role will work closely with the Estates and Facilities Management contractor.
The successful candidate should have previous experience of project managing works, preferably working in a facilities or estate management environment. They will be resilient and results focused, have strong influencing and communication skills and have demonstrable stakeholder engagement and management experience. This role will be based across our Park Headquarters and 1 Stratford Place offices.
If you would like to discuss this role further or have any questions please contact the HR team on 0203 288 1800 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
