There are exciting times ahead in Experian Decision Analytics as we execute on a strategic global development programme to improve the UX of our market-leading decisioning products, and deliver them through a SaaS platform. This involves creating and designing digital products and an online experience that puts the customer and end-user at the heart of everything we do. We believe that a superb user experience is a fundamental part of this, and the UX Researcher role is critical to support this transformation.
You will join a small but expanding UX team that works across multiple complex enterprise software products on desktop and mobile platforms. Working at the heart of our product development process, you will support the overall user experience design by fulfilling qualitative and quantitative research activities to drive out UX insights that feed into the product ideation/iteration process.
This is a high impact role where you will shape and drive the research strategy along with assist in embedding UCD methodology across the department. As part of a team with a wide-reaching and growing influence, you will work with B2B clients internationally as well as colleagues and stakeholders across the globe in: London, Monaco, Sofia, Kuala Lumpur and Scottsdale.

Degree in Human Factors, UX, HCI, Cognitive Psychology, or equivalent qualifications or experience At least 3-5 years of experience with qualitative methods (in-depth interviews, focus groups, contextual research, behavioural analysis) Experience with quantitative methods, and basic understanding of statistical concepts Hands-on experience of research tools and technique including ethnographic research, usability testing, heuristic reviews, lo-fidelity prototyping and remote/online testing (e.g. Userzoom/Usabilitytesting.com) Good project and stakeholder management skills Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate design concepts at all levels.
Experience working with B2B customers Experience working in SaaS products/platforms Experience in Persona development and user segmentation Design thinking methods and brainstorm facilitation Familiar with agile methodology and iterative design Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and standards.
