As such, we are looking for a UX Content Writer to join the UX team to help users get the best out of our products by creating impactful and consistent end-user documentation.
The role will suit someone who is enthusiastic about content - whether it's in-product help, tutorials, forum posts, API documentation or user guides. Someone who is positive and self-motivated, supportive of colleagues, and enjoys working with various teams.
You will join a team of content writers and will have the opportunity to contribute to the content strategy and the future direction of product documentation at Experian Data Quality. You will also work closely with the product and engineering teams in an agile environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Design, write and curate end-user documentation
Take ownership of and prioritise your work across multiple simultaneous projects
Liaise with stakeholders locally as well as in remote offices around the globe
Plan and deliver work on time and to a high standard
Represent the UX Content team within the department and the wider company
Actively contribute to the team's goals and strategy
University graduate, or equivalent qualifications or experience
Ability to convey complex concepts in simple terms
Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to pick up new tools and technologies quickly
Experience of writing end-user documentation
An interest in/knowledge of APIs
Ability to adapt your writing to tone of voice guidelines
Experience of authoring tools or content management systems
Ability to adapt content based on the audience
An understanding of single sourcing and version control
