Previous experience in a financial industry or equivalent.Understanding of Anti Money Laundering (AML), Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and Data Protection requirements.
Previous experience in a financial industry (beneficial)
Knowledge of mortgage processes (beneficial)
Previous experience in a contact centre/customer service (phone based) role (essential)
Strong verbal and written skills and attention to detail.
