The ambition is to build a customer first design approach in line with the Brand Strategy and Guidelines. The in-house design team need to leverage and protect the strength and reputation of the Experian brand, whilst pushing creative boundaries for maximum impact. The UI Designer must support our marketing ambitions with best in class design solutions that deliver the optimum customer experience and is up to the task of solving challenging UI/UX problems.
As part of a business transition to a multi-product offering; this role will need to adapt the design used to build brand awareness and consumer education, acquire new customers and embrace the business ambition to focus on long term customer engagement for maximum business value. Collaboration is key; working well with others is key, several teams often to work together on briefs to fulfil all the below areas. These teams include the UX/UI, CRM, Optimization and Customer Experience, Acquisition Marketing team.

We need an individual with a deep understanding of the application of design to achieve strategic business goals. Do you have demonstrable interest in good visual design, and what this means for both the end user and service provider? Are you an expert in industry standard software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch? If so we would love to hear from you.
