What are we recruiting for? Network Rails System Operator is in the process of recruiting for Timetable Development Analysts. As theSystem Operatorwe arethe body responsible for the creation, planning, and allocation of capacity to run trains on the network helping to deliver economic growth to the nation. Planning for the future is a top priority and our Capacity Analysis Team has a key role to play in that. Our Timetable Development Analyst, also known as Network Analyst role is at the centre of the team and we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who want to make a real difference in shaping a rail network ready for the demands of tomorrow. Using the latest techniques and analysis tools, you will test new infrastructure schemes and your findings will be at the centre of decisions about how we increase rail capacity.
In line with growth expansion of the team we will be recruiting for a number of Timetable Development Analysts.Interviews are planned to take place week commencing 3 rd February for 2 weeks and after the recruitment process has concluded, we are aiming for successful candidates will be to start on 30 th March 2020 Brief Description What are we looking for in our candidates? We dont expect you to have railway or planning experience, but youll certainly need to demonstrate analytical, investigation and problem solving skills. Crucially, you will have the ability to communicate clearly and influence people at all levels. This role requires a mixture of analytical investigation and problem solving skills. Willingness to learn and develop is vital.
