Our theatre practitioners support anaesthetics, scrub and recovery in a vast range of clinical specialities including:
Fractured Neck of Femur
Gynaecology and Obstetrics
ENT and Maxillo Facial
We are currently seeking individuals to join our Princess Royal Hospital team in Haywards Heath and the importance of this team is reflected within the Trust's commitment to actively seek, encourage and support the ongoing development of these staff. A one year Preceptorship Programme; specifically designed to meet the development needs those that are newly qualified and actively promote and support continued professional development

Careers clinics, which include revalidation preparation, support and guidance from the Practice Development Team and yearly appraisals
An extended preceptorship programme to refine specialist clinical skills through in-house training sessions, management master classes and leadership training.

The Trust is beginning an 18-month program to completely refurbish the PRH main theatre suite.
