As a Technical Project Analyst, you will be an experienced technologist aligned to a large-scale programme of work spanning both backend and web within the Sales & Service department; responsible for carrying out high-level analysis across the project, validating requirements and identifying impacts to each of the individual development teams.
What you'll do:
Responsible for the analysis and scoping of activity for a large-scale dedicated project within Sales and Service.
Work as a key member of a project delivery team to provide a holistic view of the overall Sales and Service platform covering both frontend and backend.
Challenge solutions where estimates do not line up with time constraints
Ensure effective communication of solution definition, scope, dependencies and risk to the project organisation
Work to de-risk projects earlier in the process so that Development teams can focus on delivery and the granular detail
Facilitate collaboration between architectural and delivery functions within the SAS department
What you'll bring:
Experience working on projects spanning multiple teams, where there are interdependencies across different functions
The ability to understand API and architectural artefacts and communicate them confidently to others.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills bringing a creative approach to solution finding
Experienced in requirements capture and analysis, plus customer journey and business process mapping
Strong partner management skills; excellent relationship building skills with the ability to facilitate decision making and escalation of risk, with demonstrable experience of facing off to director and exec level stakeholders.
