Providing support to allocated business leaders through administration, organisation and problem solving including work of a highly confidential and sensitive nature. The role involves regular interaction and organisation with senior leadership, as well as leadership teams at the main insurance companies in the market.
Provide extensive and proactive diary management to senior managers. Manages Senior Managers diary and co-ordinate travel for team members as appropriate
Effectively organise meetings and appointments.
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Manage incoming post, taking the lead in dealing with any non-essential elements.
Arranging international travel, accommodation and itinerary for the Directors and teams.
Expense management and accounting of expenses for team members where required. Ensure compliance with company policy.
Managing and prioritising incoming phone calls.
Administrative tasks including file management.
Provide ad hoc support to a wider team as required.
Provide administrative support to projects.
Proven track record in providing proactive support at management level within a large corporate environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of delivering excellent levels of client service through a large scale, matrixed operational function
Excellent IT literacy: Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
Ability to create presentations and utilise Powerpoint
Enthusiastic, passionate and committed to business excellence
Ability to offer an accurate, prompt and professional service
Capable of organising and prioritising workloads
High level of attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Relevant experience of managing stakeholders at all levels and actively engaging with remote business units
