To provide superior service and develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders
To manage the team effectively, encouraging focus on delivery and results
Ensure meaningful Market Intelligence information and reporting is produced that measures and reflects the value Resource Solutions adds to the client
Identify and follow up opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Resource Solutions services
Advise on recruitment strategy and sourcing techniques for all permanent roles
Manage recruitment coordination activities including interview scheduling, job posting and assigned roles
Create, review and update recruitment processes to ensure best practice, internal policy compliance and external legislative compliance
Produce and update SOP's for all user groups of the Resource Solutions service
Escalation of HR/recruitment issues
Ensure full compliance with the Service Level Agreement while mitigating issues
Work alongside client sponsors, keeping them updated regularly about the status of recruitment
Recruitment Process Management
Ensure all approved roles are advertised internally and on external careers site and vacancies are recorded on ATS
Liaison with line managers to ensure feedback is given on all resumes and interviews
Manage offer process - including providing up to date salary/rate and market information, and comparison data from recent hires in the business area
Provision of regular feedback on direct recruitment activity to include number of roles filled by: referral, internally and via directly sourced methods, cost savings via direct recruitment, new initiatives to attract candidates
Provide strategic partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring they are kept up to date on all recruitment developments
Ad hoc project work as given by the business and account manager from time to time
Management of all internal and external speculative applications
Manage and optimize PSL vendor relationships to ensure a motivated supply chain providing best quality resources
Prepare and conduct regular vendor performance reviews to ensure the client is receiving the best service
Review and negotiate commercial terms
Ensure all external suppliers on the PSL have signed client Terms of Business
Produce and update SOP's for vendors
Facilitate agency briefings with hiring managers
Identify potential new suppliers
Bi-annual performance reviews, including objective setting and bonus allocations
General team management (weekly update meetings, holiday, sickness, discipline)
Individual staff development, including cross skill training
Ensuring 100% data integrity by team, such as rates and visas
Current experience managing a recruitment team including recruiters, coordinators and administrative staff.
Proven record of delivering effectively and meeting deadlines
Engaging with strong communication skills
