You will be the Talent team's subject matter expert for all things sourcing. You will directly employ best in class methodologies to find great candidates and advise others how to replicate.
As our customer base grows, so does the scale, complexity and sophistication of our tech platforms. You will take ownership of finding and attracting industry leading technology professionals. Our ability to grow Gousto and service our customers is directly related to how quickly we scale our engineering teams - so this is an amazing opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
You will grow pipelines for a variety of Tech roles and will work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand needs. Certain roles & skills sets are hired on an ongoing basis so you will be adept at developing and maintaining long term candidate relationships.
You will connect with candidates via a range of professional and community networks (LinkedIn, Github etc) and create pipelines through internal lead generation activities (eg referral drives etc).
Identify qualified candidate profiles using a range of sourcing techniques (i.e Boolean searching)
Create engaging and creative outreach content
Partner with Talent and Engineering management to anticipate future hiring needs
Contribute to a compelling candidate journey
Be a brand ambassador and advocate our ownership principles in every candidate interaction

Who you are:
Strong knowledge of Tech sourcing and a flair for uncovering great candidates
Hands-on experience of leading edge sourcing techniques
Familiarity with candidate databases and creating robust tracking systems
Fluent in Boolean search across a wide range of platforms and tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A structured approach (to get the basics right) and creativity combined with self-assurance (to drive great outcomes)
