There are 3 key elements to the role: i) lead a team of recruiters (focusing on their development and execution goals) ii) drive strategic initiatives to enable Gousto to hire great candidates, at scale, into our Fulfilment centres iii) directly recruit for critical / senior roles across Fulfilment.
To be successful you will thrive in ambiguity, be credible in front of stakeholders and be able to synthesise diverse hiring needs (from senior leadership roles to large scale operational recruitment) into a cohesive plan for the team. You will have the ability to provide a strategic vision for hiring across Fulfilment, whilst being close enough to the detail to drive operational excellence. You will partner closely with key leaders across Fulfilment to drive key programs and initiatives that enhance Gousto's effort to attract, recruit, and retain diverse & distinct talent.
Lead, nurture and develop a team of recruiters to deliver excellent performance & hiring outcomes
Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals and enable Gousto to rapidly grow our Operations teams
Create a coherent campaign and assessment at scale strategy to hire high volumes into new factory sites
Drive process efficiencies and standardisation to seamlessly scale hiring
Help create a clear diversity strategy alongside cross functional partners
Leverage data to define success metrics, productivity, and inform strategic decision making
Personally recruit exceptional people into key roles across the Fulfilment
Partner with key agency stakeholders to ensure joined up efforts, tight SLAs and ultimately strong ROI
The ability to lead, inspire and develop others
High credibility and the ability to influence senior leadership in the Fulfilment & People orgs
Compelling written and verbal comms to build awareness, set direction and ensure alignment within the Talent team and across Fulfilment
Adept at prioritising in an environment subject to constant change
Deep knowledge and expertise of rapidly scaling operations, supply chain & operational excellence teams
Proven track record directly hiring for key operational roles and running advanced searches for leadership positions
The ability to access & utilise data to drive sound decision making, enact process improvements & provide structured reporting to senior management
Strong attention to detail and a rigorous / structured approach to recruitment
