Are you a strategic & operationally focused Digital Marketing Recruiter looking for a role in an agency at the cutting edge of the market? We'd love to hear from you.

Whether you're sitting in a recruitment agency on a digital marketing desk or in house recruiting digital marketing specialists; we believe we can offer you a different challenge every day and and an exciting reason to get out of bed every morning!

We're Omnicom Media Group's Talent Attraction Team - sitting as a group resource; we seamlessly deliver the best talent to the agencies from across the market and we're looking for someone new to join us.

If you're able to hold strategic and technical performance marketing conversations both internally within the agencies and with external candidates you'll fit in well here.

Covering Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, Programmatic and Data - you'll work with true leaders in their field, helping them to fuel Omnicom's excellence by identifying, attracting, engaging and hiring the market's finest.

We're a focused, experienced team and always looking for a better and more efficient way of doing things, and we'll give you the freedom to approach recruitment from all angles, take ownership of projects and 'think differently'.

You'll get time with hiring managers across the agencies to understand their vacancies at a granular level, using all your experience to then shortlist and deliver the best talent, managing the process end to end.

A little more about the role

  • Meeting with hiring managers to understand both current and future requirements, building long standing relationships and utilising networks to attract potential candidates.
  • Working with hiring managers to create talent attraction strategies including writing marketing material, job specifications, interview training, pipelining and other attraction and engagement strategies.
  • Identify, engage and maintain a network of the best people across the market - meeting with candidates, utilising networking meet ups and various OMG's performance focused events amongst other methods.
  • Work with candidates to ensure we're delivering the best experience, from initial contact, through the interview process to their first day.
  • Utilising our in house database and technologies to engage and manage your candidate pipeline as well as external technologies and tools to source and attract talent.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including briefing external agencies when necessary.
  • Act as an ambassador and thought leader in your field, keeping up to date with the latest development within the PPC, SEO, Programmatic & Paid Social space.
  • Act as a champion for the recruitment team, take a strategic view on the positioning of the team within the group and the group within the wider market.
  • Working to always enhance processes and procedure to add efficiency where possible - identifying tools & technologies we can use and how and why we do things.
  • Utilising marketing material to attract relevant candidates in your field, managing outreach and engagement.
  • Liaise with and manage preferred supplier agencies as and when necessary.

  • Deliver the best possible candidate experience for OMG's future employees
  • Minimise recruitment costs, and OMG's use of external recruitment agencies
  • Reduce time to hire minimizing the impact of vacant positions on the business
  • Contribute to creating a service of recruitment excellence by identifying and securing the best quality talent and raising the internal recruitment team's perception internally and externally
  • Drive a best in class recruitment process from initial phone screen right through to offer and onboarding
  • Deliver recruitment solutions across the group both operationally and strategically.

A little about you...

  • An understanding of the Digital Performance Marketing sector is ideal - ideally a network built around PPC, SEO, Paid Social and Programmatic
  • You'll be articulate, able to communicate internally and externally through all communication mediums
  • Ability to work well under pressure and under your own initiative
  • Apply tact and discretion where required
  • A self-starter, a team player and well organised
  • OMG Ambassador, with the ability to forge strong relationships with all types of individuals across the business, servicing their needs
  • Ability to manage Managers expectations, and push back where necessary
  • Enthusiastic, determined and resilient, and be capable of showing imaginative thinking
  • Experience hiring data candidates is desirable
