About the Role:
We are looking to welcome an exceptional individual to join our award-winning Talent Acquisition team and to play a key role supporting our European operation. Your conscientious and proactive approach will be crucial as you lead the end to end hiring process, collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure the highest quality candidate experience.
This position will suit a highly motivated recruiter looking to move away from an agency environment or for a talent acquisition professional with current in-house experience. You should be able to confidently manage a variety of senior stakeholders to ensure Colt continues to acquire top talent across a variety of competitive European markets. Specifically, we are looking for an individual that is knowledgeable in the Telco (or possibly Software) industry with a track record of hiring across all Sales channels including Enterprise, Wholesale and Sales Engineering/Pre-Sales. Familiarity with hiring technical roles across any of the following functions would also be highly beneficial; Product, Security, Network Ops, Engineering, Architecture.
Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and local HR teams to take ownership of identifying and engaging with potential future Colt employees across multiple European geographies
Source and successfully engage with passive candidates to measure their motivation and fit to Colt rather than simply 'selling' an opportunity
Interview and subsequently recommend candidates considering the parameters of the position, measuring them against Colt's values and behaviours
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to hiring managers and HR Business Partners in true partnership fashion, utilising data and market analysis to support your views
Skills & Experience Required:
Demonstrable track record of high performance, successfully working within a talent acquisition team focused on UK and/or Europe. Alternatively you could be an exceptional agency recruiter with aspirations of a move into an in-house role
Strong appreciation and experience of hiring Sales roles within a Telco and/or Software business. Familiarity with technologies including SDWAN and SDN would be highly preferred although not essential, and knowledge surrounding the needs of functions such as Engineering, Product, Network Ops or Security beneficial

Solid commercial business acumen, comfortable with advising hiring managers on suitable hiring strategies and making candidate recommendations that are reinforced with sound reasoning
