Amazon is looking for a big-thinker to lead AMZL in an exciting sustainability transportation initiative. Amazon Logistics is expanding its electric vehicles fleet to reduce the carbon footprint from its operations. This leader will be responsible for driving the strategic expansion, partnering with operations and business leaders across EU to bring into reality a large electric vehicle presence in Amazon Delivery stations.

We are looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented Principal, Program Management, with a strong customer focus and analytical skills. You will help execute, and deliver on detailed plans, timelines and communicate to team leadership on status, risks, and process changes. You will need to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, and fast-paced business environment, operating across multiple teams and levels in the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong customer experience intuition, business and product sense combined with solid understanding of technical concepts. High judgment, ability to influence, analytical talent, exceptional communications, and leadership are essential to success in this role. In a very real way, we are changing lives with the work we do.

AMZL Operations Integration Partners with external teams including business teams, customer service and delivery stations to drive new initiatives and needle movers to operational improvements in AMZL that increase contribution profit and raise the bar for customer experience, then drive the more complex, cross-functional efforts. We ensure that each initiative is planned and prioritized so that we deliver the most valuable efforts with the minimum churn to our operations teams leading full lifecycle until business as usual. Ops. Integration is operating in the "White space" area where we should view the existing landscape with new lens.

The responsibilities for this role include the following:
• Lead the expansion plan for electric vehicles in EU delivery stations
• Partner with stakeholders from core business and operations teams to define and implement new strategies to improve business metrics and performance
• Plan and conducting a regular cadence of program and key initiative leadership reviews at both strategic and highly tactical grains.
• Set up business governance mechanisms, performance review dash boards with partner and AMZN leadership.
• Develop and refine a framework for the management reporting, track progress of strategic priorities and goals and report out progress against them
• Dive deep to understand complex interactions and second-order impacts of decisions and incentive structures
• Gather and analyse information, formulate and test hypothesis and develop and communicate recommendations to senior leadership
• Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
• 7+ years' experience in strategic supply chain, transportation, and/or sustainability
• Ability to excel in ambiguous space
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines
• Bias for action and willingness to take risks
• Experience making things happen in a fast-paced dynamic environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA or master's degree
• Professional certification (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, APICS-CLTD)
• Familiarity with databases and SQL
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
• Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
