We are a Disability Confident employer with a vibrant Supported Living service in Northwich for D/deaf adults with learning difficulties and/or challenging behaviour.
As a professional Support Worker, you will demonstrate compassion and empathy in your approach to caring for D/deaf and hard of hearing people. Communication is in BSL, therefore a Level 1 qualification, or equivalent experience would be an advantage.
Some individuals may need intimate personal care, such as bathing, toileting & dressing, as well as domestic & lifestyle support to participate in a wide range of activities, including arts and crafts, drama, gardening, shopping trips, attending college courses and social occasions.
