We are seeking a Student Disciplinary and Complex Case Coordinator to provide an effective and efficient service to key stakeholders in relation to our Student Disciplinary procedure. The post-holder will need to have experience of providing high level administration and complex procedural advice to senior colleagues. An understanding and experience of completing tasks to a high standard, in order to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders, is essential.
The post-holder will also co-ordinate complex cases that may include elements of the Student Disciplinary procedure as well as other procedures/stakeholders. The post-holder will need to be able to work at a management level and collaboratively with other members of Student Services, the academic schools within the University, the LSBU Legal team and will need to have a demonstrable commitment to providing exceptional service.
