This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within City Housing's newly formed Strategic Enabling function. This function is key to reach our objectives to become 'best in class' and provide the best housing offer in the country to the citizens of Birmingham.
We are looking for strategic thinkers who understand the national and local issues impacting the housing landscape and can be innovative and creative around developing solutions. The successful candidate will need to be flexible and able to work across the function. This includes redesign, research, and performance improvement projects, as well as support strategy, partnership, commissioning, data insight and workforce development activities.
We are keen to see applications from those who can look forward at the bigger picture and are keen to support operational services through transformation activity. It is vital that applicants can develop strong partnerships and work with a wide range of partners to deliver on projects. We are keen to see applications from people who have skills in the areas of research, as well as designing and delivering projects.
