We are seeking an ambitious individual with a love of problem-solving for what we think is one of the most prestigious strategy roles within PHD, working across a high profile and innovative account.
You will be part of a dynamic client and strategy team and work very closely with our Head of Planning who will provide direction and support, you will be responsible for providing senior strategic guidance and thought leadership to all of your accounts.
The strategy director position at PHD is pivotal.
We need someone who's capable of both gaining and keeping a clients trust whilst developing an exceptional understanding of their best interests. Someone that will understand a business beyond the brief, yet who can also challenge the status quo.
Someone who prioritizes marketing effectiveness over marketing efficiency, who is fixated on the function of marketing, not just the form.
In 1990, against a backdrop of large media agencies emerging through a buying-led proposition, PHD launched as the UK's first planning-led media agency. We were (and still are) a challenger brand that changed how media agencies could operate. An agency where brains could beat buying brawn.
