The ideal candidate is looking for an opportunity to tackle deep technical software challenges which solve concrete real world problems, and to build innovative solutions in a fast paced environment working with smart, passionate software developers. This Sr Product Manager will be the EU lead for our global team. They will be responsible for developing relationships with regional stakeholders to align goals and priorities. They will define the requirements and business cases for products across multiple engineering teams.
To date, you will have successfully built technology products that automate processes and/or provide users with experiences they love. You are able to synthesize a variety of technologies and capabilities, and translate them into tools and intelligence that solve specific pain-points. You actively contribute to tech architecture and design decisions, are analytical and data driven, and are laser focused on measuring and improving the success metrics of products you own. You are adept at working across cross-disciplinary teams, making hard prioritization choices, and ensuring complete visibility of your product roadmap to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities • Define 2-3 year product vision for a collection of product areas • Gain VP-level alignment on product vision • Define the feature sets, business requirements, measures of success, and roadmap for your products. • Benchmark cross-organizational capabilities to identify re-use/leverage opportunities. • Drive and deliver these products to market. • Learn from user feedback, metrics, and other data sources to craft improvements and ensure we are building the right features over time. • Make prioritization decisions and own trade-offs between user needs, product quality and development effort.

• Bachelor's degree, or appropriate work experience on well-loved technology products. • 5+ years work experience in product management job functions. • Experience relying on analytics and data to cultivate deep customer empathy, shape product decisions and track effectiveness of change. • Experience working with a cross-functional team across design, operations, and engineering team to meet high-reaching goals. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• MBA and a BS in Computer Science or related technical field. • Concrete experience leading complex digital products applications through multiple lifecycles. • High attention to detail, ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where continuous innovation is desired. • Analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases. Ability to clearly communicate these data insights to others. • General manager / owner mentality, willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary. • Ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the competitive landscape.
