Founded in 1990 as Manning Gottlieb Media, we were bought by Omnicom in 1998 becoming Manning Gottlieb OMD, joining Omnicom Media Group's leading media network, OMD.

Thanks to our creative and effective work, our awards success is unparalleled and we are the most awarded agency in the history of the IPA Effectiveness Awards. We are proud to say that we were the most awarded agency in 2018, with nine Media Week Awards. We were also incredibly proud to have won two Golds and a Silver at the UK Effie Awards. CREATE @ Manning Gottlieb OMD is the partnerships, content and experiences arm of Manning Gottlieb OMD with a focus on creating award-winning bespoke campaigns for clients which create real impact with audiences and are built for platform, designed for distribution.

CREATE Social is a specialist unit within this focusing on bespoke social strategy and creative campaigns for our wide range of clients including Waitrose, The FA, Pladis, Estee Lauder Companies, Uber, John Lewis and many more to ensure their campaigns are always innovative, impactful and answering the business challenges of our brands.

Studio sits at the heart of CREATE Social consisting of versatile and passionate creatives, designers, motion graphics and production specialists tasked with a wide range of roles including creative strategy, inspiration, concepting and production to allow us to be nimble enough to compete in this market and ensure that we have full creative control throughout and bring ideas to life without dilution.

What we want in return....

Essential:

    • Minimum 3 years creative production experience including planning, storyboarding, shooting (camera operation, lighting, audio recording) and post production including managing outsourcing and freelancers
    • Proficient in core Adobe CS software including Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects & Illustrator
    • Experience in digesting, interpreting, and responding to briefs in a high paced environment
    • Client facing experience in a production/ creative role
    • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of design fundamentals
    • An understanding of IP regulations/ laws and their application to the creative process
    • A good understanding of Social Media channels and creative best practices
    • Strong project and time management skills to be able to organise and execute multiple simultaneous projects
    • Fluent in PowerPoint for presentation purposes
    • 100% confident in recommending creative solutions to clients with strong presentation skills

Preferred:
    • Experience in copywriting for ads
    • Experience in producing social specific campaigns and content
    • Background in marketing with understanding of clients' needs and challenges
    • Experience in scoping and costing projects including drafting SOWs and quotes
    • Experience in the development of creative strategy and production in a team
    • Able to manage upwards to ensure you have everything you need, and any issues are communicated as early as possible


Key responsibilities...

  • Concepting, designing, pitching, creating, executing and analysing creative projects and campaigns across our base of clients in the CREATE Social team
  • Coaching and supporting junior members of the Studio team including offering advice and face to face training
  • Running and take part in brainstorms with colleagues and clients to develop creative ideas and campaign concepts and develop into campaign ideas
  • Creating presentation visuals and mocks to support the team on pitching campaigns and projects
  • Developing strong relationships with clients, agency partners and suppliers to gain their trust, respect and confidence
  • Ensuring projects and creative are delivered to deadlines and accurately
  • Seeking potential opportunities with the agency's client base and proactively pitching projects / campaigns to meet their objectives
  • Develop and maintain Studio creds docs from example campaigns and creative to encourage future projects
  • Be a source of creative inspiration within CREATE Social and an ambassador for best practise
  • Collaborating closely with the Resolution team to ensure our copy and content is activated correctly and reported on in a way which represents the brief
  • To add positively to the team dynamic, attending and contributing in meetings and feeding into projects which you may not be directly working on
