As part of the continuous growth the Smart Automation Center of Excellence is looking for a Level II Engineer who will be responsible of providing day to day support to different business units with a main focus on UK & EMEA region within Experian but not limited. As part of the role the person requires a diverse skillset and high ambition to learn new Artificial Intelligence applications such as RPA, RDA, Chatbots and more.
· Work in an agile/iterative development environment · Code Reviews and QA activities for more complex projects · Production Troubleshooting · Process implementation into Production Environments · On-call support duties · Report issues and risks to Sr. Automation Engineer and Program Manager on a regular basis · Provide support to our CoE Community as needed for existing and in progress automations projects · Have the ability to read and understand process and data flow diagrams · Enforcing team to follow design and coding standards, policies and procedures · Coding adjustments into Production bots if needed and authorized by the business · Working and synchronizing with other Smart Automation CoE team members · Work collaboratively with all team members throughout the project lifecycle
