Based on our on-going successes, we have designed a programme to further grow and develop our future talent within Service Operations, providing you with an excellent platform to continue to build your career at Experian.

This graduate scheme is designed to build a strong understanding of the ITIL framework, the technical skills and the commercial acumen needed for a career within Service Operations. The candidate will spend time in our operational and technical teams to build up their knowledge and experience, guided by mentorship and coaching from their peers to senior leadership.

Your 24-month programme will consist of:

  • 4 six-month rotations
  • A self-guided rotation to create and present a defined business case
  • Immediate application of new-found knowledge, skills and experience
  • On-going mentor support who will provide guidance and career advice
  • Acceleration to management level within Service
  • Building a set of competencies across a variety of Service functions
  • Opportunity to participate in and manage various projects

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Educated to a degree level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Strong influential and collaborative working style
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Strong business acumen
  • Robust PC skills, specifically in Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Initiation, ownership and proactiveness of projects management
  • Continual and proactive process improvement mind-set
