In a nutshell

We are on an exciting journey to become the Most Loved Travel company. Are you interested in joining Virgin Atlantic's dynamic Customer Centre in the Sales team?

Would you love to be a proud brand ambassador for our fabulous airline? Taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, you will book flights, assist in any queries and actively engage with our Flying Club (frequent flyer) members.

Do you strive to deliver the best? Can you offer our customers irresistible, effortless and memorable experiences, providing advice and guidance to help them find the right product that best suits their needs? Maximising revenue at every opportunity will naturally flow - we listen to our customers and their needs so no hard sales required.

Deeply motivated by customer care and a genuine interest in travel we look to our dedicated team to make friends with our customers, letting their personality shine through in order to make outstanding connections. We challenge the norm and empower you to be yourself, no scripts for us. Our people are naturally gifted in engagement.

    Skills for success

    Virgin Atlantic customers call us from around the globe, so we operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

    You are:

  • Prepared to work between the hours of 1600 - 0100, between Monday and Sunday (please give consideration to shifts before applying)

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

  • A natural communicator - adapting your style to each customer

  • IT confident and competent

  • Confident and can-do, with a natural ability to deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finish

  • Ideally you will have some experience in a customer service environment. Please don't worry though we are all about the personality so seek people who simply get excited by travel and love to help
