Job description

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
At AGCS our Global Clients and Regional Operations departments support the business by capturing and processing policy information. The Operations Governance team work to enhance the quality of our Operations services, by developing and implementing total quality tools among teams worldwide.

Based in London, you will identify opportunities to improve local processes and implement those improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will…
•Drive the improvement of processes to lead to greater efficiency and align processes globally
•Use Data Quality tracking in coordination with other departments to identify roadblocks
•Lead the Operations workstream for medium and large projects and work with the Business Transformation department to determine business requirements, training and/or change management needs
•Project manage Operations colleagues, as required, to implement new systems, projects or process changes
•Be the champion for Operations governance in your local country and/or region. Play an active role in determining global and local communication needs and develop communication and training materials
•Implement tools which will enable Operations to provide services at the same or lower cost base
•Actively drive the development of more junior staff within Operations Governance and of our offshore team members, providing feedback and coaching


KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
•Ideally educated to degree level, or with an equivalent insurance specific qualification
•Proven experience in insurance policy administration and multinational programmes would be an advantage, or experience in a similar role in the financial services sector
•Strong understanding of the policy administration life cycle and customer experience
•At ease working internationally and with remote teams
•Able to project manage and drive change
•Analytical and experience tracking data quality
•Strong communication, motivational and problem solving skills
•Able to create and develop relationships and build effective teams
