The UK ATN-I line of business within Jacobs provides engineering design, construction, planning, support, survey, design-build, project management and/or program management for our many clients

Our team is experiencing exciting growth within our established practice and we have a need for key hires to support the projects that sit under our PSP(N) framework that we have with the UK MoD DIO. The PSP(N) Framework involves the provision of multi-disciplinary design and engineering, programme / project management, project controls, risk management, procurement, HSEQ and construction supervision services / expertise.
Be responsible to the Client for security management and governance of the client's staff and sub-contractors
Act as the Client's security SPOC for both the client's Customer, contractors and security stakeholders
Ensure the Client's compliance with the Cabinet Office's Security Policy Framework (SPF), the clients security orders and Base/Facility security orders
Be lead security advisor to the Client and the clients contractors for all physical, personal and information security aspects
Provide programme and project security risk & audit advice and guidance as required to the PDs and PMs
o Attend project kick-off meetings to ensure compliance / awareness
o Oversee project security plans / strategies
Provide contractual advice for security aspects of bids
Provide contractual advice for project security contracts
Have a thorough knowledge of JSP 440 and the Security Policy Framework
Produce project Security Aspects Letters (SALs) iaw JSP 440 and JSP 101 standards
Have a thorough understanding of MOD Cyber Security requirements
Manage, develop and supervise the clients security team
Ensure the correct administration processes are in place for the security registers (eg, IT registers, camera registers)
Manage, implement and oversee internal and external security audits
Ensure appropriate level of physical security is applied to the client's facilities that process sensitive information
Implement and maintain the client's security risk register
Create and maintain a set of the client's local Security Instructions
Capable of giving briefs to all levels of staff.
Chair quarterly Security Engagement Group security meetings attended by the MoD Security Organisation and the client's Principal Security Advisor staff
Provide monthly security reports
Investigate, report and log any security related breaches
Provide tailored security training and education to the client and the client's contractors as appropriate to the needs of the programme / projects:
o Physical security training
o Online security awareness
o MOD expectations security training
o Personal data training
o Suspicious package training (for mail handlers)
o Security culture and behavioural training
Provide security guidance for Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery plans
Be SQEP for the role of as Senior Security Controller
Office 365, Microsoft Word and Excel experience requiredThe Individual:
**The individual must be a FULL UK National due to the nature of the project**
The successful candidate will hold a degree level qualification or equivalent experience in this field.
This role requires and individual with strong assertiveness skills and at the same time an attribute that allows all stakeholders confidence to approach/challenge on a one to one level.
The successful applicant will require at least 5 years working experience within a highly regulated security environment.
Be able and willing to obtain SC level clearance.
Strong report writing skills required
