As a Product Performance Analyst, you will work in the Sky Group Product team, providing measurement, reporting insight and analysis on the performance of Sky's products, utilising technical performance, interaction, behavioural and demographic data in order to inform short term delivery objectives and longer-term strategic objectives.
- Proactively provide deep dive insight and analysis derived from structured & unstructured, data in both relational and non-relational databases to provide stakeholders with the information that they require to make optimisation, delivery and strategy decisions - Be the SME for the data in group product, able to understand and articulate to stakeholders' key trends and insights and recommended business\/delivery actions that should be taken - Provide stakeholders with reviews on the success of campaigns and features - Track KPI's and proactively highlight to stakeholders' significant changes in business performance or continuing trends that they should react to - Provide insight and recommendations to the business on areas of improvement\/opportunity or highlight further analysis that could provide key insight across multiple data sets - Seek out new tools, data sets and ways of working that would improve the performance of the team and the wider group product team
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in insight and analytics. Read and share relevant developments with the wider teams - The ability to highlight new opportunities to learn and develop new skills and techniques that will push the boundaries of what can be delivered - Experience of balancing accuracy and detail with the need for quick turnaround and business story-telling - Demonstrable experience of managing large data sets and producing actionable insight. This is essential that you have previous experience of managing data sets via SQL, Big Query or Python, also previous experience of digital analytics (Adobe or GA) preferable - Demonstrable experience of tying together data sets across multiple sources in an automated way to provide insight and recommendation is essential - Previous experience of line management preferable
