About the role As a Senior Product Manager, you will be accountable for a sizable product and enhancing a significant customer journey on part of the Apps platform in the UK, and potentially other markets. You will be driving the backlog and roadmap for this area and will work with a team of developers to support optimisation and feature development.

Engage with stakeholders to formulate the vision, strategy, roadmap, and OKRs, and drive prioritisation of development for a large product domain.
Lead discovery work for new problem/opportunity areas, collaborating with user experience (UX), analytics, and engineering teams to prototype and validate MVPs and scale successful products to tens of millions of Tesco customers.
Potential for line management of 1-2 direct reports.
Effectively document and explain new requirements to the engineering team using user stories and acceptance criteria and help the team in breaking down a complex piece of work/ epic into smaller, deliverable chunks of value that can be delivered faster.
Day-to-day co-ordination of Scrum team, including management of ceremonies and process optimisation.
Respond and prioritise fixes for live issues and continuous improvement.
Update stakeholders and leadership on progress against OKRs at regular forums.
Close engagement with API teams and collaboration across client and capability teams to ensure consistent prioritisation.
You will need Experience relevant for this job:
Required - Domain expertise in mobile apps product management
Clear understanding and experience of product management, including best practices, ways of working, and Agile working processes.
Experience working on customer-facing products and solving problems through the end-to-end design flow with UX and UI design.
Clear understanding of eCommerce revenue, conversion, and profit metrics and an ability to respond to the commercial needs of the online P&L.
