Head of Capability Management. This role is accountable for capability and people management within client configuration and client project delivery. Working in a challenging, matrix organisation promoting partnership working and cultivating strong relationships with Executives and business leaders to ensure deliverables support business strategy and customer requirements. Provides leadership to software, systems and delivery professionals. Actively promote and develop the skills and capability within the assigned capability group(s), ensuring knowledge sharing of products, tools and thought leadership across the function to uplift knowledge and understanding across the Delivery lifecycle
