Your mission and responsibilities:
You willlead our national consulting practice in the UK to become part of one of themajor strategic healthcare consulting organisations worldwide. You will bringin your powerful network and acquisition capabilities to grow the practiceaccording to our business targets over the next five and more years
You willhave the direct accountability and overall oversight responsibility for largeprojects of complex nature. Delivering every project at highest qualitystandard and on budget, you will lead your team effectively in solvingproblems. By choosing from a broad set of techniques and experience you willinspire innovative thinking in your team members to leverage the firm'sknowledge and portfolio
You willlead complex negotiations and contract agreements for consulting projects,inspiring customers to go beyond the initial project scope. As the success ofour projects is highly dependent on the skills of your team, you will developand coach the entire team by identifying skill gaps and tailoring necessarytraining. You are perceived as a trusted leader and you demonstrate yourleadership skills by communicating strategic goals and securing and managingappropriate resources on a daily basis
You willcoach and mentor clients to help grow capabilities and effectiveness to achievechallenging goals. Making customer satisfaction your first priority you will behighly accepted by top-management in any customer and project environment. Youare confident to initiate controversial discussion with top management onbusiness priorities and you will achieve changes in thinking and behaviour
You willfurther enhance your skills and build on the strengths you bring to the firm.You will combine firm knowledge and experience from multiple customerbackgrounds to provide optimal customer solutions
Your qualifications and experience:
Youare a graduate or hold a master's degree with consistent outstandingacademic record; an advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, M.D. etc.) ispreferred
Youhave many years of experience from renowned consulting firms, including significantexperience in a leadership role within the business
Youhave a powerful network within healthcare consulting in the United Kingdom
Youhave a proven track record of running large complex programs with multipleimplementations and/or solution deployments
Youhave proven effective project management skills in a consulting environment
Youhave experience in overseeing the work of multiple work stream leads orproject/program managers and tracking their projects' key performanceindicators
Your personality and skills:
Youstand out due to excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Youare an entrepreneurial and results-driven achiever and have the ability tobuild adviser relationships with C-suite and Board member clients
Youhave strong persuasive communication ability, both verbally and in writing.Furthermore, you are willing to travel
