    Job Duties

    Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director an opportunity exists for a Senior Marketing Manager to help support the company's growth strategy in terms of both land acquisition and sales.

    Principal Accountabilities:

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to create and deliver comprehensive marketing plans to meet the strategic objectives of the department. The successful candidate will be able to analyse data and trends and develop comprehensive marketing plans to support the development sales strategies and increase the company's competitive edge.

    Responsibilities
    • Working with the Sales & Marketing Director to create, present and implement individual marketing strategies for each development in order to achieve sales in line or ahead of sales targets.
    • Collect data on consumers, target audiences, buyer profiles, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
    • Understand business objectives and design marketing plans and messaging to appeal to identified key target audiences.
    • Compile and analyse statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
    • Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations on layouts, incentives and house type mix
    • Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
    • Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing across live and upcoming projects within the region, managing the marketing team and have responsibility for the development and implementation of strategy across the division.
    • Responsible for procuring and creating marketing collateral for developments such as advertising, brochures, email, website, awards, newsletters etc.
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams and our agencies
    • Ensuring the consistency of all branding, marketing and advertising material, including sales literature and site signage at all times.
    • Manage marketing budgets on a phase and site wide budget including cost to complete.


    Skills Required

    Requirements:

    • Proven new homes marketing experience
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent knowledge of statistical and house price monitoring databases and MS Office
    • Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
    • Familiarity with CRM programs
    • Strong planning and implementing skills
    • Experience of managing large marketing budgets
