The team is looking to hire a Senior Manager to lead business operations across EU for an internal customer. This candidate will also be leading and managing the relationship and strategy with Ops,Retail Business teams, tech teams and Ops Excellence team. You will need to be a self-starter, proven program leader, have a keen interest in leveraging technical solutions, communicator, and problem solver with strong analytical skills. You will work with cross-functional teams on complex logistics problems, deal with ambiguity and advocate on behalf of the customer. Some of the key job functions are:
Team Leadership • Be the leadership expert for Flex and earn the trust of senior leadership from your strategic direction and measurable improvements. • Lead new program launches including working with other programs and team leaders that wish to leverage Flex as a last mile solution. • Make difficult resource trade-offs and align leadership on inputs, outputs, and priorities. • Forming cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, managing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders • Innovating for improvement in safety, quality, and driver experience.
Deliver Results • Possess a broad technical background and has the ability to "roll up their sleeves" and jump in if needed • Continuous Improvement Management as well as development of SOPs, ensuring Amazon Flex's requirements, guidelines and policies are communicated and executed by partner teams. • Support business change through effective change management processes within the fast paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other technical field from an accredited university or 4+ years Amazon experience • 10+ years' experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis • 2+ years of experience analyzing cost/benefit of proposed projects • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is required, including use of lookups and pivot tables along with SQL
• MBA and work experience in technical field is highly desired • Operations Leadership Experience • Prior experience or use of Lean/Six Sigma • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills complemented with the ability to problem solve independently
