Our Lands and Orders team (L&O) are involved in the preparation and delivery of all land management activities and statutory process associated with the delivery of major development projects across the UK.
Based inLondon,you will have the chance to work on some of the most interesting and challenging projects, working with our exceptionally talented and successful Transportation team. Our impressive portfolio of work includes; Highways England and Local government schemes, Lower Thames Crossing, A465, Strategic Pipeline Alliance and HS2.

Land referencing experience with a detailed knowledge of statutory processes
Experience of leading land referencing activities and delivering Book of Reference for TWAO, CPO, DCO and Hybrid Bill
Ability to liaise with both external and internal stakeholders at all levels
Highly motivated and able to prioritise workload effectively
Attention to detail and able to work to a high level of accuracy
Extensive land referencing experience on highways schemes
