Norton Rose Fulbright's IP, IT and Data team in London comprises specialists who practice the full range of work in the areas of IP, IT and Data Protection, spanning from defamation through to complex multi-jurisdictional patent litigation.
Supporting the Practice group on:
Trademark portfolio management and disputes work
Major IT procurement and outsourcing projects
GDPR compliance work
Skills and Experience Required
The ideal candidate will have:
Expertise in intellectual property
Experience of drafting and negotiating agreements relating to a broad range of IP and technology transactions, including in relation to brands, patents and technology transfer, software licensing and life sciences agreements
Experience of advising on intellectual property issues in the context of corporate transactions, including negotiating related agreements
Experience of managing trade mark portfolios and of trade mark prosecution work
Experience of a similar role at a leading legal practice
An international outlook and entrepreneurial mindset
Business development skills and enthusiasm to help build our practice further
Excellent academic background
Candidates also are expected to:
Develop and apply technical knowledge and professional skills

Develop our business/clients (maintain client relationships and deliver excellent service)
Work effectively with and through people
Promote and demonstrate 'good citizenship' (values and strategic priorities)
