Part Time (21 hours 36mins per week) Fixed Term until 4 th August 2019.
As a Senior Imaging Technician you will be responsible for the production of high quality digital images for the Publishing department. A keen eye for Quality and an excellent understanding of the importance of productivity andservice delivery is key to the role.
As a successful candidates will be able to evidence the essential requirements for the role. You will have a good knowledge and expertise of imaging software such as the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products and digitisation capture software such as Phase One etc. You will be familiar with Apple Mac systems in a creative environment and have colour management knowledge and experience - The application of ICC profiles, their purpose in an image capture workflow and the standards involved in their use.
You will have a 'can do' approach, and be flexible and adaptable attitude to change; willing to take on a range of duties which may change over time in response to the position needs. You will have good oral and written skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and be able to deal with colleagues at all grades effectively.
A professional photographic qualification or similar [e.g. City and Guilds or BTEC] would be an advantage or a willingness to obtain such qualification as part of the role or have previous experience in a photographic role.
