The purpose of this role is to ensure that the overall performance of HR applications meets business requirements. Senior HR Systems Specialists are a senior technical role within Business Systems and it is their depth of knowledge on a range of systems that sets them apart as a recognised expert in their field. Senior HR Systems Specialists will advise Systems Owners on the most appropriate course of action for specific systems. Senior HR Systems Specialists are responsible for ensuring support teams are appropriately trained and have adequate knowledge and documentation on their systems.
Are you the right candidate? Essential
Demonstrable experience of working within an HR Systems environment, including Successfactors
A good understanding of HR business processes.
Proven technical expertise for data integrations across multiple applications.
Experience in managing a complex technical systems/environment.
Experienced in managing conflicting demands in situations of pressure where priorities are rapidly changing.
Experience of having to communicate clearly with a range of people at different levels of the organisation and explain and discuss technical issues using a range of styles, tools and techniques.
Authoritative knowledge of security policies and statutory requirements relevant to the role
Experience in working with and managing 3rd party suppliers.
Experience of providing a high quality service in a demanding customer service environment.
Knowledge of ITIL standards and the principles of service support and delivery
Knowledge of change and configuration management procedures.
Strong skills in solution design, testing and problem solving.
