We are looking for a Senior HR Change and Optimization Project Manager to join our EU HR Launch Team.
In this role you will support, coordinate and facilitate implementation of new and improved structures, processes and activities.
The projects that you will be driving vary in scope and context, including HR Optimization and Capabilities, Systems Implementation, Process Improvement as well as the conception and implementation of innovative HR Programs. For this role you will need to be adaptable, challenge motivated and thrive on implementing high standard productivity and simplicity change management methods. Curiosity and the confidence to take calculated risks quickly are core characteristics for this role.
This role offers high visibility to our HR and Operations Leadership Teams.

Responsibilities:
• Apply change management methodology and best practices to ensure successful execution of the change connected with different HR project implementation
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement and lean thinking
• Lead the development and execution of regional change management plan in support of global HR Launch change plan
• Ensure project members and stakeholders understand change management objectives and work together towards a common goal
• Communicate change management expectations to project members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
• Provide an enhanced customer experience by guiding customers through the change process and anticipating their needs and concerns
• Create and monitor tangible success metrics for the change impact and stakeholders' readiness.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree
• Proven experience in HR
• Wide knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methodologies
• Previous experience with large-scale project management with proven effective change management
• A strong record of team leadership in large-scale, rapid, process-driven environments
• Very strong analytical capabilities
• The ability to translate operational issues into workable solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills - able to interface with all levels of the organizations
• Fluent English skills (verbal and written)
• Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
• Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
• Proven ability to influence without authority
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• In-depth knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and its practical usage
• Demonstrable training and dissemination skills and experience
• Fluency in any other European language, especially German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Czech or Slovak
• Previous experience with large-scale project management with proven effective change management
• Experience defining technical requirements and working with systems resources
• Qualification in project management
• Master Black Belt
• Expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and other OE tools
