A bit about the role...
As strategic partner you will work with senior stakeholders to develop robust organisational models, structures, resourcing plans and ways of working which are underpinned by data driven insight to inform decision making and ensure alignment with strategic goals. As you would expect there is also a strong focus on building succession, capability and engagement plans.
You will be joining a friendly and diverse team including Sophie, who is passionate about human-focused HR and driving strong leadership. When she's not business partnering she can be found watching RuPaul's Drag Race or cycling around South East London on her new fold up bike.

As the organisation is going through a period of significant transformation - the HR team are playing a critical role supporting the delivery of some exciting and innovative projects, and the Senior HR Business Partner role is essential in this. ResponsibilitiesA bit about you…
Whilst your day job is to deliver first class strategic business partnering approach to our stakeholders on all things HR, you will be used to managing multiple priorities and have experience of driving improvements and new ways of working.
You will have a track record as a business partner with strong stakeholder management skills, experience of supporting leaders to drive change and build capability. You will be an influencer, a coach and you will be comfortable collaborating with the leadership team to achieve the best possible outcomes in line with our mission.
You will also be a chartered member of the CIPD (or a relevant degree/NVQ level 7 equivalent in Human Resource Management) with a proven record of considering the commercial and operational impact of what we do as an HR team. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.

Experience of guiding leaders through effective organisational change gained in a strategic business partnering role is essential. You will be resilient, curious in how you work and be prepared to challenge the status quo. You are used to providing that challenge using data driven insight and sound organisational understanding.

You will be constantly challenged, but truly supported to achieve your goals, both personally and professionally.
