To deliver a comprehensive portfolio of HR support to all employees within a defined area of the business.

  • Work closely with the relevant HRBP(s) to drive the implementation of HR policies and plans and the delivery of HR services and consultancy across the business.
  • Advise managers and employees in respect to HR-related matters, providing comprehensive, accurate and fair information and advice to enable dunnhumby and employees to live up to their respective obligations.
  • Support business leadership teams to develop resource plans and manage headcount budgeting processes.
  • Support the implementation of organisational change within the defined area of the business, acting as a change agent / champion.
  • Measure and report on the performance of the defined Business Unit / Function through the development and use of HR metrics to drive transparency and accountability for HR performance.
  • Support managers and employees with the performance management and promotion policies and procedures. Provide advice and guidance on objective settings, promotions and career development to enable these procedures to be fair and transparent.
  • Support the implementation of global HR programmes and initiatives with the Business Unit / Function, such as the employee engagement survey and resulting initiatives and global L&D programmes.
  • Support the relevant HRBP(s) in developing HR strategies and plans for the defined business area, and in contributing to the global people plan and global HR policies.


Desired:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resource management or related discipline, registration with relevant national HR body
