Job description

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
At AGCS our business analysts develop best practices, harmonize processes and drive implementation to enable seamless experiences for our clients around the world.

Based in London and part of a small team within Organization and Business Transformation department of AGCS, you will be involved in global projects of high risk and complexity aiming to improve AGCS ability to deliver its value proposition to clients.

As Senior Business Analyst you will help business stakeholders to identify and articulate the need for change, shape the work required to deliver this, lead the project in defining requirements and recommend solutions that will maximize the value delivered by AGCS to its customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will….
•Analyze and translate business requirements into the technical language, be an interface between business functions and IT teams
•Recommend potential business solutions in line with business objectives, needs and requirements
•Lead workshops, formalize and validate business requirements, processes and solutions specifications with the involved stakeholders
•Support the development of solutions by working closely with solution partners and suppliers, be able to communicate with IT developers, final users and management
•Support functional tests and users acceptance tests
•Drive change management to explain the impacts of cross-functions’ and cross-regions’ projects
•Be able to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards
•Share best practices, lessons learned and work on continuous improvement of methods and tools


KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
•You have a degree in Business Administration or similar
•Ideally you will have a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience as business analyst
•Experience in insurance industry, as well as key business domains such as Claims, Underwriting, Finance, Operations is an advantage
•Experience in PEGA, Global Genius is a plus
•You will have strong analytical skills
•You will ideally have experience in working in complex projects in multi-cultural environment
•You will have a pro-active problem solving and entrepreneurship attitude
•You will have demonstrated adaptability, agility, and ability to manage constant change through innovation
•You will be able to communicate at all levels of hierarchy
