What you'll be doing:
We are looking for someone with Oracle HCM Cloud experience to join the team and help us take our existing HCM solution to the next level. The role is roughly a 90:10 split between implementing new HCM functionality and providing application support. It's an opportunity to join a dynamic and talented team, built around allowing you to best utilise your skills and showcase your abilities.
Implement new HCM functionality and modules from our roadmap.
Support our existing Oracle HCM Cloud solution.
Perform BAU activities such as re-organisations, new country configuration and data loads.
Manage and support Oracle's quarterly updates.
What we expect from you:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any related subject.
Proven experience of implementing and/or supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.
Ability to problem solve, reproduce issues and develop solutions.
An understanding of the role HCM plays and how it fits into the whole ERP design.
