  • Provide technical and architecture documentation to support the standardisation of best practice processes.
  • Identify short to long term improvement requirements, including quantification of potential business benefit

Skills Required

  • Degree in appropriate subject or equivalent experience.Marketing, Analytics, Mathematics, Digital or similar.
  • 2-3 years tag management and tagging implementation experience

Knowledge / Skills
  • Flexible
  • Adapt to business change. Ideally experience working in an Agile environment
  • Collaborative
  • Working with multiple teams in the achievement of goals

Tagging & Tools
  • Fully conversant, skilled and proficient in the use of business analysis and tagging tools including ideally Adobe Launch.
  • Expertise in web and mobile app analytics, optimisation and analytics tools.
  • Expertise in Web and App Tagging / Pixels / Web Beacons and Tag Management systems.
  • Experienced in analysing JavaScript, browser technology and cookie behaviour.

Self-Organised and Managed
  • Works independently on a wide range of business analysis but is able to refer to others for assistance and guidance on the more unusual or complex problems and issues

Problem Solving / Strategy
  • Understands business objectives and strategy and is able to relate these to project and change initiatives and objectives

Stakeholder Management
  • Ability to communicate to all levels of stakeholder
  • Ability to communicate complex analytics issues to non-analytics stakeholders
